Big Easy bottomless feasts

Every Saturday and Sunday in July, from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm, Le Bon Ton is turning up the heat with its Big Easy Bottomless Feast. Known for its New Orleans-inspired BBQ and whiskey bar vibes, this Collingwood hotspot is the perfect place to indulge in two hours of bottomless cocktails and share-style Southern dishes for just $69 per person.

Menu highlights:

  • Southern fried smoked tofu: Creole spice, lemon & grapefruit jam
  • Cheesy jalapeno & mac poppers: Big Mac sauce, manchego
  • Crab & prawn cakes: Louisiana remoulade, grilled lemon
  • Pit-smoked chicken wings: Choose from Vanessa hot sauce, BBQ sauce, or dill ranch
  • Burnt ends: Smoked brisket with chipotle BBQ sauce
  • Mac & cheese: Cheddar, Egmont, Parmesan, crispy BBQ corn crumb

4th of July celebrations

From 31st June to 7th July, Le Bon Ton is bringing the spirit of Independence Day to Collingwood with a week-long Loaded Hot Dog Menu, Budweiser buckets, chicken wings, and a special US-themed trivia night on Tuesday, 2nd July.

  • Classic hot dog: Beef hot dog, ketchup, mustard, onion relish ($12)
  • Loaded mac & cheese dog: Beef hot dog, mac & cheese, crispy onions, mustard, chives ($15)

Winter warming Rye July

Whiskey lovers, rejoice! Throughout July, Le Bon Ton is celebrating the versatility of rye whiskey with a special Rye July Menu. Featuring exclusive cocktails, whiskey flights, and unique pours, this is a must-try for anyone who appreciates the bold, spicy notes of rye.

  • Barrel aged Old Fashioned ($19): Le Bon Ton Barrel Rested Sazerac 6yo Rye, sugar, Angostura, orange bitters
  • Rye mulled wine ($15): Sazerac 6yo Rye, Triple Sec, winter spices, honey, red wine, orange (served warm)
  • Winter whisky sour ($19): Sazerac 6yo Rye, ginger syrup, lemon, mulled wine float
  • The Rye-Tai ($19): Angel’s Envy Caribbean Cask Finish, Triple Sec, lime, Falernum, absinthe, tropical juices
