This year’s line-up features an exceptional mix of Australian talent and Michelin-starred chefs from around the globe. Highlights include Fortnum & Mason’s Roger Pizey, known for his iconic tarte tatin that helped his former restaurant earn three Michelin stars, and Michael Wilson of Singapore’s celebrated Marguerite restaurant, bringing the finesse of his Flower Dome creations to the festival. Joining them is Ryan Clift, an innovator in avant-garde cuisine, and chef-owner of the now-legendary Tippling Club.
The festival will also spotlight Australia’s best, including Manu Feildel, the charismatic TV chef and host; legendary critic and presenter Matt Preston; pioneers like Matt Stone, Telina Menzies, and Colin Fassnidge; and many more culinary leaders who define Australia’s vibrant food scene.
