Get excited for the new Lotus Dumpling Bar at Summer Hill 

Sydney’s inner west has a new venue opening on 25 May 2022 and this one is worth getting excited about. The Lotus Dining Group – which already runs six restaurants across Sydney including Lotus Barangaroo and Lotus Galeries – is opening their latest venue in Lackey Street, Summer Hill.  Despite being the new kid on the block, it feels like the new venue is among old friends.
