Riding the wave of success from their pop-up bakery during Sydney’s COVID lockdowns, the ingenious minds behind Frenchies Bistro & Brewery proudly introduce their latest venture, Frenchies Bakery & Pâtisserie.
Located two doors down from the acclaimed Frenchies Bistro & Brewery, the Bakery & Pâtisserie is set in Rosebery’s The Cannery building. Open from Wednesday to Sunday, 7am to 3pm, this vibrant, boutique café-style establishment welcomes both busy office workers during weekdays and those looking for a leisurely indulgence over the weekend.
This chic, light, and airy space boasts an extensive array of sweet and savoury products that can be enjoyed in-store or ordered online for takeaway. Their offerings include long fermented organic Khorasan, rye, and multigrain sourdough, and single and double baguettes, baked fresh daily. If you find pleasure in French viennoiseries, their buttery croissants, pain suisse and kouign-amann are a must-try. For patrons with a sweeter tooth, seasonal fruit and banoffee tarts, pistachio and raspberry religieuse, and chocolate, hazelnut and vanilla entremet are among the tempting delights.
For a savoury lunch, choose from baguette sandwiches with fillings like house-made pork rillettes, or freshly baked pies and quiches. To uplift your moments of celebration, Frenchies Bakery & Pâtisserie presents a range of Celebration Cakes, including the millefeuille, croquembouche, and pavlova, all made fresh to order.
