St Kilda’s iconic Hotel Esplanade, affectionately known as The Espy, is gearing up to host two extraordinary culinary collaborations as part of the highly anticipated Melbourne Food & Wine Festival. This collaboration promises an 8-course Festival banquet that fuses Cantonese and Asian-inspired flavors, delivering an unforgettable gastronomic experience in the heart of St Kilda.
