- Garlic konjac with black rice: Stewed konjac in a robust garlic, chilli, and San Marzano sauce, served atop seaweed black rice
- Spinach supplì: Spinach and sharp cheese risotto balls, paired with our zesty Napoletana Sauce and a hint of Oregano
- Polpetz on polenta: Savour our homemade roasted olive meatballs, draped in a rich parmesan sauce, napoletana & fresh basil
- Mushroom ragù: A hearty chunky ragù composed of Fable mushrooms served on a cloud of creamy mashed potatoes with a sprinkle of parmesan (GF)
