Banish Australia: a new sustainability education space

Banish Australia recently opened its doors at Central Station on April 27th, providing a new interactive and engaging space for Australians to learn about and live sustainably.

This innovative and educational space features a range of exhibits and workshops focused on critical topics such as plastic reduction, recycling, waste reduction, composting, and zero waste living. To sign up to recycle right, head to the BRAD program website

Banish Australia aims to inspire and motivate visitors to take action and reduce their environmental impact.

Founder Lottie Dalziel said, “We are thrilled to be bringing sustainability to the masses at Central Station. It’s an exciting opportunity to engage with the community and raise awareness about the importance of sustainability. We hope to inspire people to make positive changes in their daily lives and work towards a more sustainable future.”

The space also features a marketplace with over 65 Australian brands and is the proud home of the nationwide BRAD program. Banish Australia has activities and workshops open to all ages, including beeswax wrap-making classes, a micro plastics recycling factory, composting workshops, and zero-waste living talks.
