Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel is thrilled to announce the launch of its first-ever Bottomless Brunch on 31 May!
Known for its immaculate waterfront dining, the renowned Beach Club with its sun-drenched terrace, and contemporary boutique accommodation, Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel has been a cornerstone of east Sydney for over 190 years. Now, Sydney’s favourite luxe bay-side retreat is bringing Bottomless Brunch to the Bay for the very first time!
Starting from Friday, 31 May, Bottomless Brunch will be a regular fixture on the menu, available every Friday and Saturday. The indulgent brunch menu will focus on Mediterranean-inspired share plates, complemented by two hours of free-flowing house wines and beers for $89 per person. For those looking to elevate their experience, there’s an option to include Spritz cocktails for $109 per person.
Brunch will be served in the chic Sunset Room above the famous Beach Club, offering stunning waterside views and an Italian-influenced, shared-style menu featuring antipasti, seafood, and pasta. Key dishes include Burrata with caponata, a Salumi plate with prosciutto, Sopressa salami, and Guindilla peppers, Seared scallops with roasted cauliflower and spinach, Prawn linguine with cherry tomato, bottarga, and chilli butter, and Roasted chicken with chimichurri and rocket. Guests can also add Oysters to start and a delectable Sticky date pudding for dessert.
There will be two brunch seatings per day available on Friday and Saturday – at 12pm and 2pm – with bookings reserved for groups of four or more. Extend your day by staying for live music, which begins on Fridays from 4-7pm and continues on Saturdays from 3pm ’til late.
