This summer, Mornington Peninsula’s iconic Portsea Hotel is set to become the ultimate destination for lovers of exquisite Japanese cuisine. From 3rd to 19th January, the hotel will host a refined dining pop-up that promises an unforgettable culinary journey. As the evening unfolds, indulge in seasonal sushi, sashimi, and nigiri. The menu continues with chicken karaage paired with Sichuan mayonnaise and yuzu, and King mushroom with asparagus in truffle butter. A highlight of the main course is the MB9+ Sir Harry… Read More
