Prior to being head hunted by Crown in 1997, she was working at the Thai Embassy in Bangladesh. During her time at Crown, she was instrumental in bringing the best Thai food across all levels at Crown from it’s restaurants all the way to conferences and VIP business. She also lead the kitchen at Long Chim for two years before Long Chim closed its doors to make way for Ging Thai.
