THE F giveaway and competition Terms and Conditions 2022

By entering any competition or giveaway, or any other contest, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. These rules apply for all competitions and giveaways on THE F (https://the-f.com.au)
2. All entrants must be aged 18 or over.
3. All entrants must be resident of Australia or the United Kingdom & Northern Ireland.
   1. If we choose you as a winner of one of our competitions while we are not aware of your residency status we will either:
      1. Award the prize to another entrant at our discretion;
      2. Ask you to volunteer the additional cost of postage, packaging and customs charges from Australia or the United Kingdom. Should you be unable or unwilling to cover our costs you will forfeit the prize.
4. You may enter each giveaway or competition only once, unless otherwise stated.
5. All prizes are offered in good faith. 
6. Each entry comprises a game of chance, requiring the creative input of each entrant before being entered into the competition or giveaway draw.
7. THE F reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and to suspend any competition or giveaway at any time.
8. There is no cash alternative for any prizes. 
9. Entrants agree, on the basis of good faith, to promote their win to their followers on social media in a positive way.
10. The judge’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into relating to the judge’s final decision.
11. Any entrant who gives false or misleading information will be disqualified.
12. By entering into a competition using the corresponding entry form, you acknowledge your data will be shared with the competition’s partnering brand.
