Shelter Bali is hosting Sessions 3 with chef from Adelaide
Shelter Bali is excited to present the latest chapter of its eagerly awaited Shelter Sessions: Volume 3, featuring Michelin-starred chef Jake Kellie from arkhé restaurant in Adelaide. This event pledges to be a culinary extravaganza of immense proportions as the collaboration between Shelter’s Head Chef Stephen Moore and Jake Kellie will birth a menu that’s set to satisfy your cravings and leave you hungry for more. As part of his two-and-a-half-year tenure at Burnt Ends, Kellie honed his skills in open-fire barbequing and was a finalist in the 2018 San Pellegrino Young Chef competition in Milan. His expansive experience has led him to his current role as the Executive Chef and Owner of arkhé, Adelaide’s premier open-flame restaurant.
