The Body Shop presents another reason to give this Christmas

It’s practically tradition that every Australian makes a stop at The Body Shop as they’re doing their Christmas shopping. Whether it’s grabbing a hand cream for grandma, a body wash for your sister-in-law, or a sweet scented lip balm for your little cousin, The Body Shop has everything you need for stocking-stuffers and fussy gift receivers alike.

That’s not for nothing, of course: their products are addictively good, from the thick and lush body butters that you practically have to trowel out of the tub, to the recently-released cosmetics and fragrances. There’s a reason why we all get a secret little thrill when we pull back the packaging to find a loot from The Body Shop!

This Christmas, The Body Shop isn’t just helping you give to to the eco-friendly beauty addict in your life: they’re giving back to the Earth, as well. The new holiday collection – called The Enchanted Forest – supports the World Land trust, the Woodland Trust, and the Australian Childhood Foundation. As part of their World Bio-Bridges Mission, a portion of the profit from each Enchanted Forest goodie sold will go towards helping protect and restore 10 million square metres of forest in England and Armenia. The Body Shop will also donate a further $20,000 to the Australian Childhood Foundation, who are working to help children affected by domestic abuse and violence.

As if you needed an excuse to load up on skincare this Christmas, there you have it. The entire collection is available in-store and online now, but if you want a teaser, you can expect towering boxes of peppermint candy-cane scents, Santa sacks of berry and marshmallow, face mask packs with sweet furry animal headbands, and even advent calendars packed with cosmetics, facial serums, and accessories for days. It doesn’t matter if you’re buying for the whole family or just grabbing a sneaky treat for yourself: at The Body Shop this Christmas, you’ll always be giving back.
