GUSTO: Italian Cuisine

Open from 8.30 – 10.30pm, Gusto offers a feast of authentic Italian cuisine, the centrepiece of a stay with Baglioni Hotels. With expansive views across the gleaming ocean, this is the ideal location for a  romantic dinner under the stars, with the seductive murmur of the waves in the background. The à la carte menu features traditional Mediterranean dishes with a contemporary twist using carefully sourced, seasonal ingredients.

UMAMI: Japanese Cuisine

The gourmet culture of Japan is a perfect complement to the Baglioni Hotels style, as exquisite presentation and stunning flavours come together at Baglioni Resort Maldives’s Umami restaurant. Each carefully crafted dish marries opulent design with the finest-quality ingredients. At lunchtime, from 12.30 to 3pm,  the restaurant offers an ample selection of salads, sushi, sashimi and light bites and in the evenings, guests are dazzled with a flavourful à la carte dinner menu from 8.30pm to 10.30pm.

TASTE: Modern International Cuisine

Taste provides guests with a modern beachside restaurant perfect for all times of day.  From breakfast through to dinner, Taste takes guests on a culinary adventure. A delicious continental and asian buffet breakfast is available from 7:30am to 11am whilst in the evenings  the restaurant transforms into Italian and Asian fusion cuisine in a buffet setting alongside an intriguing  selection of carefully curated  wines. 

The Baglioni Spa

The Baglioni SPA is an oasis steeped in nature with a uniquely Italian design featuring open-air wooden pavilions for individuals and for couples, a yoga pavilion and a state-of-the-art gym. The Baglioni Spa exclusively uses Insìum products, an Italian brand whose vegan range is certified cruelty-free by PETA. The Spa menu includes Thai and Balinese rituals, customisable massages to tone, purify and rejuvenate the face and body as well as treatments to strengthen hair stressed by sun and sea. 

Kids Club

For Italians, family comes first, so younger guests are warmly welcome and encouraged at the Baglioni Resort Maldives. A Kids’ Club for youngsters aged 3 to 12 years boasts a packed programme of games, sports and educational activities. The youngest guests can take part  in events like the “Mini Olympics”, treasure hunts, watersport,  games on the  beach and hands-on creative workshops. The restaurants and bar offer tasty, healthy  kids’ menus as well as cookery courses designed to teach the next generation the importance of nutrition and seasonal cooking.
