How AI makes life as a creative easier

So AI is a thing now and it can make life easier.

That’s at least according to Flex Mami, an Australian influencer, author and DJ, who uses AI in a way that many Aussies don’t think to use it for.

Here’s a bit about Microsoft’s AI before we hear from Flex themselves.

Understanding Microsoft’s AI Copilot

Microsoft’s AI Copilot, powered by OpenAI’s GPT-3 language model, is a sophisticated AI assistant designed to assist developers in writing code more efficiently. By analyzing natural language inputs from developers, AI Copilot generates code suggestions, provides relevant documentation, and offers smart completions in real-time. This intuitive tool aims to augment developer capabilities, reduce coding errors, and accelerate the software development process.

Enhancing Productivity and Collaboration

One of the key advantages of Microsoft’s AI Copilot is its ability to boost productivity among developers. By automating repetitive tasks, suggesting alternative solutions, and offering contextual insights, AI Copilot enables developers to focus on higher-level problem-solving and innovation. Moreover, the collaborative nature of this AI tool promotes knowledge sharing, fosters best practices, and facilitates seamless teamwork within development teams.

Streamlining Workflows and Code Quality

With AI Copilot’s intelligent code completions and suggestions, developers can write code more efficiently and accurately. The AI assistant analyzes the context of the codebase, identifies patterns, and generates relevant snippets, thereby streamlining coding workflows and reducing the likelihood of errors. Additionally, AI Copilot helps maintain code quality by enforcing coding conventions, catching syntax errors, and providing instant feedback during the coding process.

Embracing the Future of Coding

As technology continues to advance at a rapid pace, tools like Microsoft’s AI Copilot represent the future of coding. By harnessing the power of AI to assist developers in writing code, this innovative tool paves the way for increased automation, improved efficiency, and enhanced collaboration in software development. As developers embrace AI-driven tools like Copilot, they are poised to unlock new possibilities, drive innovation, and shape the future of coding.

In conclusion, Microsoft’s AI Copilot stands at the forefront of a transformative shift in the coding landscape. By combining AI capabilities with human creativity and expertise, this tool empowers developers to code smarter, faster, and more collaboratively. As we navigate towards a future where AI and human ingenuity converge, Microsoft’s AI Copilot represents a significant milestone in the evolution of software development.

All this is why Australian creative Flex Mami uses it on a daily basis to keep up. We spoke to them about their thoughts and uses for AI!

Ask Copilot questions you would ask a person who had the information you need. It’s not a mind reader and it’s not going to suddenly give you the skills of someone who’s been sewing since they were 16. It’s an assistant, a companion — something to bounce thoughts and ideas on.

  1. With Neptune Retrograde currently affecting our dreams, have you noticed any significant changes in your dream patterns or their interpretations using AI?

I’m squealing right now and fighting the urge to write 16 paragraphs. With the current Neptune Retrograde transit over my 2nd house of values, I’m noticing that I’m having to quell some illusions and delusions I’ve had in this area. On the traditional dream front, I’m having experiences that are so new to me. Themes I’ve never explored. Last week I was trying to get out of qualifying at the Olympics for Swimming and the judges (?) wouldn’t let me because I needed a lesson in self belief in uncertain times.

Copilot said that the Olympics might symbolise my high standards, reflecting perhaps some pressure or expectations you’re feeling in your waking life around personal achievement. Furthermore I’m not a great swimmer (which I told the AI), and it mentioned that it could also mean something around being out of your depth or dealing with challenges that you feel unprepared for.

That is EXTREMELY NEPTUNE TRANSITING MY 2ND HOUSE IF YOU ASK ME!!!

  1. How does AI contribute to your tarot card readings? Can you share an example of how AI has provided additional insights that traditional methods might not?As an influencer, author, and DJ, you have a diverse set of roles. How has incorporating AI into your various activities impacted your creative process and productivity?

I would say the most important way is that it’s providing me with a sounding board to explore my interests deeper. To ask questions, assess for contradictions, or mirror back to me what I’m attempting to explain. Usually I’m trying to connect ideas, explore what I already know deeper, or to find connections between things I’m experiencing.

With tarot in particular, I noticed that all the Sword Court Cards have clouds — and up until recently I never interpreted that as something significant (but as we know, the visual symbolism in tarot is so vital!!). Yes, I’ve always known that swords are air, but the added layer of having them covering the head or heart, says SO MUCH MORE.

Copilot has assisted me with info dumping tendencies by giving me an outlet to explore even the most minute thought, to understand complex ideas more easily and challenge me to be more intentional and specific when asking questions.
