Gaurav Bide returns as Executive Chef, bringing a wealth of experience from his tenure at the Merivale Group and prestigious hotel groups such as Sofitel and Fairmont. Joining him is Nicolas Blanc, a master Pâtissier, who steps into the role of Executive Pastry Chef. Blanc arrives from the esteemed Chevel Blanc Hotel Paris and Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris. Together, Chef Gaurav and Chef Nicolas are set to usher in a new era of culinary creativity at the hotel.
