The decor is completely unexpected for a pub establishment. It’s minimalistic with lights hanging from the ceilings and candles lit along the dining tables. The only time you’d even suspect that you’re in a pub is when you look outside the Garden Room and where people often have their after work bevies at the bar.

Chef, Darrell Felstead, has covered all the bases with the menu offering classics like cheesy garlic bread with rosemary salt to more sophisticated dishes like couscous crumbed salmon fillet with tong ho and Moroccan spiced chickpea sauce. In an ode to his British heritage, Felstead also includes the banoffee pie as dessert which ties up the multicultural menu well.

The menu is also vegetarian friendly with dishes like; corn quesadilla, sweet potato chips, mushroom croquettes and roasted pumpkin salad on offer. And if you’re vegan, a little mention and they’ll be able to tweak some of the dishes for you.
