Why Dragon Lounge Is Sake’s Best After-Dark Hangout
Hidden up on the upper level of Sake Restaurant and Bar in Sydney’s The Rocks region, this is the latest place to go.
A mid-week, exclusive retreat for the social crowd, Dragon Lounge opens its doors every Wednesday from 9pm to allow the cool inner-Sydneysiders to linger after dinner or hang out with friends, sipping cocktails, popping Champagne and enjoying live DJs and entertainers.
With befitting mood lighting, Japanese-inspired decor and all manners of cocktails to share, the Dragon Lounge is significant levels of awesome. It touts a pretty noteworthy Green Tea Martini, which comes served in a teapot for two as well as a cocktail aptly named the Zombie vs. Dragon, served in a small fish bowl. Meanwhile, sake and spirits are served by the bottle, alongside a strong range of Japanese beers and wines by the bottle or glass.
Definitely go one night after work and see what they have in store. Find it at 12 Argyle Street, The Rocks.
