Brulee Cart Melbourne

Visit Brulee Cart this year at the Melbourne Night Noodle Markets

Mobile crème brûlée is now a creamy, crunchy, desserty, delicious reality thanks to a Melbourne concept aptly named, The Brulee Cart.

It’s a striking, azure blue cart that does the rounds of Melbourne, started by brotherly duo Bart and Jack White.

Apparently their love for the creamy French dessert runs so deep, they turned it into a business so unique, people can’t get enough.

It’s a nightly cook-up using local vanilla, cream and eggs before the staff torch the suckers to order.

“I think we bring some great theatre with our blazing blow torches & the smell of burning sugar filling everyone’s nostrils – Paris meets the streets of Asia – and we have very good looking staff,” said Jack.

With the classic vanilla as a main stay on the menu, flavours will rotate and be seasonal, but this year, it’s all systems go at the Melbourne Night Noodle Markets happening at Birrarung Maar from 9 to 26 November.

“Very excited to be a part of our fourth Night Noodle Market. It’s always a very busy 17 nights for us; lots of long days baking but definitely worth it when you see the smiles on everyone’s faces. It’s also a great opportunity to catch up with our loyal customers,” said Jack.

And when it comes to what’s on the menu for the Melbourne Night Noodle Markets?

“The Brûlée we have made specially for Night Noodle Market is the ‘Black Gold’, made from black sesame and honey crème with honeycomb on top. However, nothing has ever outsold our classic torched vanilla bean creme with raspberries baked inside,” tempted Jack.

Either way you look at it, it’s going to be good. See more here.
