Uniqlo’s Sydney faces announced

After its huge success in Melbourne, Uniqlo is heading north.

To aid the move to its new home, Uniqlo is working with some new and very eclectic brand ambassadors whose personal and professional lives and the way they live them has resonated with the Japanese retailer.

First and most obviously, fashion blogger Margaret Zhang from Shine By Three is on board with her inimitable style and huge presence in Sydney. Alongside the likes of actress Claudia Karvan, singer Gossling, television lifeguard Bruce ‘Hoppo’ Hopkins and ice creamer Donato Tuce. You see what I mean by eclectic.

The team will front the brand’s new advertising campaign, which will launch later in August, and showcase them all in their unique experiences, daily life and personal style through Uniqlo‘s LifeWear range.

Uniqlo is set to open this year in Sydney’s Macquarie Centre after its recent and very large refurbishment. Introducing a number of new international retailers, flagship stores and local brands, the Centre is the newest and most exciting addition to what Sydney has to offer. It’s only fitting that a company as large as Uniqlo has worked with such prominent locals in helping introduce Sydneysiders to their current spring-summer collection.
