Sydney City Skyline

Sydney’s 360 Bar and Dining is hosting a degustation wine dinner to try

If there’s one thing you can identify from the Sydney city skyline whether you’re at home or abroad, it’s the centre point tower.

It pokes proudly into the sky and from within, offers panoramic views of the city near and far that 360 Bar and Dining has capitalised on for years. Operating from one of the upper most floors of the tower, the restaurant is a prime viewing and dining location that recently has started offering bi-monthly degustation wine dinners for those after something a little more unique.

It takes other concept dinners like the one at Luna Park Sydney that operates in the warmer months and makes it bigger, offering a carefully and exclusively paired food and wine onslaught.

At a cost of $109 per person, the dinner is exceptional, offering a five-course menu crafted by head chef, Elton Inglis.

It features the latest fresh seasonal produce, including butter poached king prawn, seared lamb brains, foie gras, venison loin, cocoa crumb, mulberry or egg custard tart with bacon ice cream.
