Stylish living no longer Worlds Away

If you take pride in the way you look, why wouldn’t that extend to the way you live?

Now it goes without a second thought thanks to the introduction of a new US interiors brand called Worlds Away, a 20-year-old staple in the American interiors industry whose diverse collection of some pretty snazzy looking pieces makes interior styling as easy as throwing together a formidable ensemble.

Their schtick is that they make over 300 pieces that seamlessly fit into any décor and will look as good as they do now in ten years’ time.

Regency Distribution is the company behind the Worlds Away import; no doubt fond of the brand’s gold leaf and nickel-plated iron tables and marbled or antique mirrored tops, which certainly caught my eye when having a poke around their website. They have a bit of a thing for the unique mirrored look and offer it as a part of any pieces’ finish.

Bethany James, Director of Regency Distribution, recognised instantly a niche in the market for the products; “The resurgence of the ‘Hollywood Regency’ style forced me to look overseas for products as they simply weren’t available here. Worlds Away impressed me because they sample from a smorgasbord of styles, Chinoiserie, Neo Classical, Art Deco and Modern. They have managed to create a range where all these styles work together to complement each other. It exudes sophistication with an undertone of swagger. The pieces lend themselves to elegant settings as well as more eclectic. I love this versatility with the brand.”
