Chocolate cake pops in a wooden box

Smooth Chocolate Festival At The Rocks, Sydney

The Smooth FM Festival of Chocolate is once again returning to Sydney’s The Rocks on 10-11 September  in what has proven in years past to be one of the city’s most popular festivals.

Last year alone, the festival had over 112,000 people flock to the harbourside to get their hands on all the sweet treats of the event. And this year will only be bigger.

The smooth Festival of Chocolate includes over 80 pop up bakeries, ice creameries, gelato carts, artisan chocolatiers and patisseries, big brand activations, The Chocolatier’s Quarters and cooking demonstrations in the Callebaut Test Kitchen.

Thsi year, Lindt will present The Lindt Lounge on Tallawolodah Place, the newly-named patch of grass outside the Museum of Contemporary Art at Circular Quay and will feature a pop-up patisserie.

It’s going to be epic.

A free event, head down during the day on 10-11 September this year.

Here’s who has an exhibit.
