The concierge team are all about all aspects of a guest’s stay, taking care of menial things like equipment hire, lift passes, lessons on tackling the slopes, up-to-the-minute weather forecast and recommendations on the best runs on the day. The Ski Concierge will also organise private transfers, reservations or any special delivery guests may require.

Coupling this snazzy new service with the hotel’s stunning rooms, views and amenities as per usual, the hotel is outdoing anything else that even comes close to considering itself a rival.
