As we move into summer and people’s itch to while away the long nights in a fantastic venue with a cool drink in hand winds-up, the new rooftop bar at Primus Hotel, Level Seven, couldn’t come at a better time.

The stunning Art Deco inspired heritage hotel has partnered with Veuve Clicquot and transformed its exclusive rooftop pool into the city’s most anticipated rooftop bar, opening Friday 1 September.

Think all the best elements of New York City, right on the crown on Sydney, having opened its doors to the public, away from its previously guests only policy.

The champagne and cocktail menu has been curated by a team of mixologists in collaboration with Veuve Clicquot and will feature Veuve Clicquot RICH. Served with fresh pineapple, grapefruit zest, cucumber, celery or capsicum – Veuve Clicquot RICH is designed for crafting customised champagne cocktails.

The cocktail menu will also feature Level Seven’s signature drink, a Rose? Spritz inspired by the classic Aperol Spritz, as well as serving cocktail popsicles to be enjoyed poolside any time of day.

Primus Hotel Sydney’s General Manager, Daniel Muhor, said Level Seven will be Sydney’s answer to the ultimate summer rooftop bar.

“The rooftop has been our hidden secret since the hotel opened. We knew Sydney needed a relaxed yet sophisticated rooftop bar and are excited to be able to open the doors to Level Seven. We want this venue to be a hub for after work drinks and the place to be for lazy weekend afternoon cocktails by the pool.”

Level Seven is open Monday – Thursday from 2-10pm, Friday and Saturday from 11am – 10pm and Sunday from 11am – 6pm. Visit the Level Seven website for more.
