Spend this New Year’s Eve soaking up views of Sydney Harbour at Manly Wharf Hotel. Early bird sitting is 6pm – 6:30pm until 8:30pm, for $150 per person guests will enjoy a glass of Perrier Joue?t Champagne on arrival followed by a 4 course a la carte menu with drinks on consumption. Flying Fish, Pyrmont
Experience Sydney’s firework display front-row at Flying Fish Restaurant. Feast on a seven-course degustation menu by head chef Ian Royle, featuring tartare of scallop, vanilla cured ocean trout and wagyu sirloin. Indulge in rosewater pressed watermelon and coconut parfait to finish.
