Neil Perry Sake Jr Urban Purveyor Tofu Chilli Miso Ramen

Neil Perry’s new day-night menu at Sake Jr. will change the way you eat out

Neil Perry doesn’t do things in halves. He saw an opportunity to change the menu at Sake Jr. by the Rockpool Dining Group and took it, changing their menu up like never before and giving it a new dual-approach feel.

Strategically placed around Sydney and Melbourne, the Sake and Sake Jr. name has become something of an institution within itself, away from the man behind the menu and the reputation that precedes it. The menu is enough to allow the establishments to speak for themselves, which as of now have rolled-out a new menu offering to its urban centre dwelling clientele to allow for double the meals at double the times of day without the fear of repetition.

Neil Perry Sake Jr Urban Purveyor Jr by Night

Having a carved a name for itself as a simple Japanese-themed eat-in or take away, the new Sake “Jr by night” menu offers something different away from the fast-paced ;grab-n-go’ lunches otherwise previously¬†enjoyed, allowing customers to sit in, enjoy and savour the flavours of chef-designed menus with flavour at the forefront.

Sporting the likes of customisable poke and ramen options, bao buns, ‘jfc’ (Japanese fried chicken) and sensational sides like roast pumpkin, crispy brussels sprouts, corn cobs with miso butter and dashi slaw, the menu is extensive, covers a lot of preferences and is sensationally flavoursome.

Only available from 4-9pm at Sake Jr locations, the night menu is the new incarnation from the creative chef mind of Perry, executed by the teams and purposed to change what it means to eat from a Japanese ‘fast food’ outlet in the city.
