What You Need To Know About ‘March Into Merivale’ From Its Top Chefs

Food, wine, fun, ridiculous proportions, March Into Merivale is back tonight in Sydney.

Hosted by the country’s largest hospitality group by the same name, the Merivale name goes hand-in-hand with style, entertainment and luxurious living. It’s kinda obvious as to why the crowds knock down the doors.

The likes of Papi Chulo, Ms. G’s, The Ivy, The Establishment and most recently, The Paddington are just a few of the venues under the umbrella. They each have their own chefs, their own menus, their own atmospheres, and tonight with the March Into Merivale event, they come together as one. We spoke to two such chefs who’re behind the awesomeness, Danielle Alvarez, the head chef at Fred’s and Paul Donnelly, head chef at Ms. G’s to get their top tips for the festival. Here you go:

Danielle recommends…

Between Two Buns – because here you will get to try all the best burgers in town, all in one place.  You’ll even get to decide which winning burger will make its way onto the menu at some of our other venues.

A Night in Paris – Ash street is the perfect backdrop for an incredible evening that celebrates all the beauty of Paris. Dinner by Ben Greeno and Nathan Johnson will surely make you feel like you’ve dined in the city of lights without ever leaving Sydney.

Style Me Merivale – This is a great opportunity to hear from some of the best talent in the business about style and interior design.  Creative inspiration makes for a better Monday.

Paul recommends…

Wok On – With the Crooks spinning and all these chefs cooking, it’s always a great fun night with a real party vibe.

A Night in Paris – I think the excitement surrounding these two well decorated chefs will make this event an easy sell out.

All Pleasure, No Guilt – This is the most exciting for me, I get to hang out with all my mates and cook an incredible feast at best.

March into Merivale commences Wednesday 10 February and runs until 20 March 2016. See more at their website
