M.J. Bale’s SS14 collection

Inspired by the travels abroad of M.J. Bale CEO & Founder, Matt Jensen, as well as the brand’s perception of the new ‘normal’ in menswear – tailored trans-seasonal garments – M.J. Bale’s Spring/Summer 2014-15 collection takes an international flight this season.

With spring now upon us and summer only around the corner, the men’s label has opted to inject the brand’s tailoring philosophy into high spring and summer pieces.

Through soft wool jackets in dusty pinks, blues and beige, inspired by strolls around Neapolitan piazzas, the collection comes to life. Deconstructed Roman-style cotton separates in bright colours to be worn ‘mix and matched’ with printed, open neck shirts; washed cotton lightweight jumpers; short suits in delicate, detailed patterns; swim shorts made in Portugal to segue stylishly from beach to café.

Perfect for the warmer months, M.J. Bale’s collection is every bit as dapper as the men who wear it.
