The self-proclaimed dessert king has since opened a second dessert restaurant in Sydney’s Ryde, where he is now offering masterclasses in how to make some of his most craved-after dessert, the Nomtella. It’s made up of decadent dark chocolate, brownie, coffee mousse, salted caramel ganache and crunchy hazelnut. It’s basically a dream that to be able to make at home, changes what it means to make your own dessert!

The dessert man will be doing a hands-on masterclass teaching his very own recipe on Monday 26th June 2017 at KOI Dessert Kitchen in Ryde (Shop 3, 62 – 66 Blaxland Rd, Ryde) and will priced at $200 per person. See more online.
