PHS Espresso Martini w Nitrogen

Recipe: Primus Hotel Sydney’s winning espresso martini

Preparation time: 10 minutes


30 mL infused vanilla Belvedere unfiltered vodka

30 mL cold dripped coffee

20mL Kahlua

10mL Frangelico shaken on ice


Pour all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a martini glass and serve in chilled martini glass and garnish with 3 roasted coffee beans.

Note: Primus Hotel Sydney serves the cocktail in a glass that has been chilled to -50 degrees Celsius by using liquid nitrogen at -210 degrees to chill the glass.

Taste note: Freshly roasted coffee been on the nose with hint of hazelnut, sweet, creamy and full bodied on palate.
