Honor Among Thieves

The noble art of the well-executed street party took to the relatively plastic side streets of Melbourne’s Chapel Street the other day.

Who’d’a thought?

It was all for the official welcoming to the region of southside fabulosity, a uniquely Melbourne label by Roy Christou called Honor Among Thieves, a men’s and womenswear label devoted to a unique aesthetic of Roy’s creation.

With a distinctly street-stylish feel of the collection, including foiled denim and preppy knits, chunky brogues and unique little accessories, the Honor Among Thieves boutique is a welcome new injection amongst the South Yarra end of the strip, only too used to the likes of Marcs, Cyberia and Aquila for too long.

The official opening included a snappy media wall sprawl, similar to a police line-up, which was a cute little tie-in with the thieving theme of the store and its aesthetic.

I teamed-up with Jennifer Estrada of MIRAR PR for our shots of the night.
