Sydney’s got a new rooftop bar that’s worth the view
Who’d’ve thought that Haymarket is the hottest new location in Sydney this summer for all things drinks and alcohol-related?
The Grove Rooftop Bar atop the Novotel Sydney Central has thrown open its doors until 31 March of this year, bringing-in good times, quality drinks and a chill atmosphere for guests and visitors alike for the summer.
Located on the eighth floor of the hotel, the Grove Rooftop bar is nestled within the hotel’s outdoor garden on a converted putt-putt course. The pop-bar is stocked with greenery, an abundance of fairy lights, festoon lighting and of course views of the surrounding area; all set under the stars.
It’s been influenced by American-style bars, offering beers in cans along with special wine and spirit ranges, but most noticeably, the rooftop is powered by UE Boom’s Mega Boom Bluetooth speakers, which pump out incredible 360-degree sound ensuring the bars ambience is heard wherever you’re positioned within the venue. Ideal.
