GQ X Coach QVB

If you know Sydney, you know the QVB Building; one of the city’s oldest and most beautiful through which most of Sydney feeds.
Every time I’m in Sydney I pay a visit, not only because of the beautiful architecture, but the range of seriously quality retailers that they have lined-up over years.
A while ago I wrote a little something on the new creative director of Coach, Stuart Vevers, whose presence has seen a great shift in the brand and what they have on offer. Having found they obviously hit something good, Coach has gone gangbusters and joined forces with illustrious men’s style and fashion magazine, GQ, to celebrate the opening of a new men’s standalone store in Australia at, you guessed it, Sydney’s QVB.
At a lush preview hosted by Coach General Manager, Michelle Fernandez alongside GQ Deputy Editor, Richard Clune and GQ Fashion Editor, Barnaby Ash, Sydney’s guests were offered style tips from the GQ team and received an exclusive preview of the Coach Men’s range.

Bringing a masculine edge to a notoriously feminine label is something the brand has needed for a while. Now with its own standalone men’s store, let’s watch the success fly.
