The latest fitness craze has been splashed across Instagram with everyone from Insta-girl Tash Sefton to footballer Greg Inglis getting involved in it.

The new form of Pilates incorporates a mix of equipment and body strength exercises to help shape your body in the best way possible. We got the Fluid Form queen herself, Kirsten to give us a little demonstration of what we can expect her in studio. If you’re looking to challenge yourself and try something new this could be the right place for you.

Plank single leg pull

This exercise can be performed on the edge of a bench or table or on the floor. Make sure your weight is evenly distributed between you hands and feet. Start by holding that strong long spine position for 30 – 60 seconds pulling your tummy away from your pant line the entire time. Now slowly pull your knee forward in a straight line so that your knees is under your hip. Alternate legs and do 5- 10 on each leg. Rest. Repeat this movement up to 10 times depending on your strength and ability.
