On Sunday 3 September, the Southeast Asian princess will close her doors permanently to make way for a newcomer to the Chapel Street, Prahran restaurant scene.

Known for its light, zesty and refreshing flavours, sensationally crispy fried chicken and oral orgasm-inducing Ban Bo Nuts – Vietnamese style doughnuts balls served with cinnamon sugar and galangal salted caramel reduction – Sally was well-loved in her Duke Street home.

The owners will be introducing BKK in her her place. It’s scheduled to open in late September and will be about bold, punchy Thai flavours, featuring a new menu designed by new head chef, Sean Judd of Nahm, Longrain and Chin Chin.
