The most delicious reason to visit Canberra this winter

The world’s most delicious fungus, truffles is all the rage this season and of course, nowhere does it quite like the Canberrans.

Truffle fever has hit the city and QT Canberra is showing their support with numerous in-house offerings and a much celebrated truffle package that combines an overnight stay with a hunt for the flavoursome fungi.

Over three Saturdays this winter, QT Canberra is supporting the annual Canberra Truffle Festival by offering a bespoke Truffle Negroni – a vivacious concoction consisting of truffle infused Bulldog gin, Carpano Antico formula, Campari, orange twist, black truffle Salt, Campari dusted chocolate truffle, which will be served in all QT Hotels and Resorts, Australia-wide.

Then of course, hotel guests can hunt for the black gold themselves across a 10 hectare trufferie, which boasts views of the vines of Mt Majura winery and surrounded by an oak tree forest.

This decadent package is available on June 24, July 2 and August 5 and also includes breakfast for two in Capitol Bar & Grill, late checkout of 1pm and complimentary car parking.
