Crane Bar Sydney’s new Cocktail Menu

Crane Bar in Sydney has set down its new selection of Cocktails and the locals could not be happier.

Perched on the shoulder of Potts Point, the Japanese-inspired restaurant plays host to a wide selection of the highly delectable mix of Japanese fusion cuisine and beverages.

The well-known hangout spot opened early 2013 and has maintained its Japanese, Mediterranean and Western food influenced dishes. Catering to a variation of age groups, the crane Bar has just upped its reputation, with the introduction of its most promising Spring and Summer Cocktail menu.

The classic hangout for city workers and businessman looking to enjoy some relaxed drinks and good eats after a day at work; this Japanese inspired hotspot is perfect to unwind to the cool sounds of house. The sweet-and-sour combination of Michael Finelli’s newest cocktail creations are a taste sensation, fresh on the palette and exciting to the eye.

Crane Bar has a good thing going on.

Throughout the whole bar, this particularly interesting, Japanese-Mediterranean theme is maintained. Everything from the wallpaper, to the lanterns hanging above your head. Even the cubicle doors were decorated with a modern adaptation of Japanese art. The bar staff are the perfect mixture of helpful and entertaining, and the bar seems to draw a sophisticated crowd. By all means let your hair down, but this is not the place for tabletop dancing, and 3AM swinging your shirt above your head.

It’s easy to unwind in the restaurant’s atrium, a hop, skip and a jump from the two bars, serving the highest quality beer, cocktails, and Japanese inspired ‘bevys’. The bittersweet taste of the “Cinnarum”, is sure to tingle the tamest of taste buds, with an interesting combination of rum and cinnamon sugar. “Dem Melons” another member of the esteemed drinks list, emulates a truly incomparable flavour.

Given it’s surroundings, Sydney’s Crane Bar is one of the few restaurants of its kind, and definitely worth checking out.
