Comfortable and cruisey, The Stuffed Beaver has expanded to Crows Nest Sydney
There are few places in Sydney that make you feel as comfortable as your own home the moment you walk in. Except for the Stuffed Beaver in Crows Nest.

Having dammed themselves in a prime spot right in the heart of Crows Nest and just enough off the beaten track it ticks the box for a locals’ haven.
It’s rough, rustic, comfortable, got a distinct vibe going on, lofty and casual, meaning you can wear whatever, do whatever, and the best part, eat whatever you like primarily without judgement as much as encouragement to do so.
Their menu is extensive and is all about comfort food with a bit of a unique edge.
They fry pickles, but not in a heavy batter that leaves you wishing you didn’t.
They make burgers that are enough to make your Instagram pop.
They also do a staple Canadian poutine that is every mouthful as good as the real deal in the northern continent that you’d almost swear you were there.
And the drinks? What better.
They make a spicy and genuinely delicious take on a bloody Mary cocktail – which like all other drinks items can be made virgin – comprising a healthy dose of lime and jalapeno rim with a generous hit of tobasco. It’s a must for even those who hate vegetable juice.
