The Jamu Blossom if you’re up for herbal and floral sensations, this is the one you want.

Jamu, the Indonesian herbal drink, dates to 16th century Java, and uses locally sourced ingredients. Our mixology concoction transforms the blend of homemade turmeric juice, tequila and 27herbs liquor into such an aromatic cocktail composed of premium spirits.

The Luwaktini is a pleasant toffee-flavoured cocktail that’s based on Kintamani luwak coffee. Luwak coffee is famous for being a coffee that is made from beans digested by the Asian palm civet. The shaken drink is a mixture of Sofitel house made orange bitter, coconut cream liqueur and cognac.

Then you’ve got two other heavenly signature cocktail concoctions masterfully created by the team of Sofitel Bali mixologists Tirta Amerta and the Mangosteen Cooler.
