The perfect option for celebrating any occasion, to keep the party going or simply a glamourous start to the weekend, The Brunch at Mrs Sippy is inspired by the famed bottomless-brunch culture of New York and London, reimagined forAustralian connoisseurs of taste.

With a menu that speaks to all sorts of palettes, executive chef from Canada, Andreanne Pelletier has prepared an all-encompassing menu to keep everyone happy.

On arrival you can expect to receive an array of delicious seasonal fruit and golden chia pot, activated buckwheat granola, coconut yoghurt & maple stewed fruit.

The delicious main course spread includes smoked trout blini stack horseradish cream, pickled cucumber, lemon & sturgeon caviar, the brunch pizza with prosciutto, egg, heirloom tomato, ricotta, chilli charred greens & fresh basil and a poached chicken super salad with avocado, egg, grilled eggplant, pickled vegetables & spiced nuts.

Those with a sweet tooth will have the option to add dessert (and why wouldn’t you) featuring brioche french toast, rhubarb & strawberry compote, vanilla ice cream & candied walnuts.
