A Pontoon Restaurant in Melbourne; Arbory Afloat
Channeling its inner nautical style and celebrating all that’s good in it that draws inspiration from The Hamptons lifestyle, Melbourne’s latest cafe and eatery offering will help bring-in the warmer weather along the photo-worthy Yarra River.
The Arbory Eatery just off Flinders St., adjacent to the city’s renowned Victorian settlement train terminal will host this new floating cafe culture element to the city until 8 November.
It’s been described as an oasis and portmanteau that has drawn inspiration from Palm Springs and Sorrento to deliver an island in the middle of the Yarra. The Arbory Afloat will offer something new to the typical spread at the dry-land bound Arbory Eatery. The food and beverage menus will be different to what is served at Arbory with Chef Nick Bennett’s extended on his strong focus of using fresh premium seafood in addition to his new Konro charcoal grill menu which will see him serve a range of smoked skewers. While bar tenders in the central bar will serve French champagne, specially created cocktails, and strong support for food friendly beers.
